KundalikaRafting allows Travel Experts Listing their Trips to choose between 4 Types of Cancellation Policies. Each Listing on KundalikaRafting will mention the Cancellation Policy applicable which would be one among these 4 Cancellation Policies as mentioned below:

Moderate Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 15 Days Prior to start of Trip will attract 10% of Total Trip Amount as Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made 7 Days Prior to start of Trip will attract 60% of Total Trip Amount as Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within 7 Days of Trip start date will attract 100% of Total Trip Amount as Cancellation Fee
Strict Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 15 Days Prior to start of Trip will attract 60% of Total Trip Amount as Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made 7 Days Prior to start of Trip will attract 100% of Total Trip Amount as Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within 7 Days of Trip start date will attract 100% of Total Trip Amount as Cancellation Fee
No Refund Cancellation Policy
We don’t like this, but some Travel Experts do choose this option as they might not be able to recover their costs when you choose to cancel your Booking.
Cancellations made 15 Days Prior to start of Trip will attract 100% of Total Trip Amount as Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made 7 Days Prior to start of Trip will attract 100% of Total Trip Amount as Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within 7 Days of Trip start date will attract 100% of Total Trip Amount as Cancellation Fee
Procedure for Refunds Processing
In the unfortunate event of Requesting for Cancellations, kindly follow 2 Steps:
- Kindly e-mail to us at help@KundalikaRafting.org with Subject: Cancellation of My Booking “Booking Id”
- Also, Kindly Contact the Travel Expert whose details you received during the Booking Confirmation, this will help processing the Refunds faster.
From the time we get an e mail for Cancellations, it would take 7 – 10 business days to process the refund. And once the money to be transferred back to the source of transaction has been initiated by KundalikaRafting, it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by KundalikaRafting, therefore, it may take 14 – 21 Business Days for you to receive your Refund.
